RNA Nutrition is a place where every athlete can belong, share conversations and be educated about the right foods. We understand an athlete's physical performance is only half the battle, so we strive to activate the athlete's performance plate.
Our philosophy is simple: Provide enriching and healthy food options to ALL student-athletes. Through food, we help sustain, replenish, and fuel high-performance bodies on and off the court. Food is medicine. Food is fuel.
An athlete’s recovery is everything. When we work out and train, physiologically we are stressing and breaking down our body. Ultimately, through these stresses, we create and build a stronger body for ourselves. By educating and empowering our student-athletes to start making healthy choices, such as picking anti-inflammatory ingredients, they establish a better relationship with their bodies through food. We provide an open kitchen space for athletes to learn, cook and eat their very own performance plate, packed with whole foods. We take the utmost pride in helping our athletes create their own high powered nutrition menu... a healthy meal "playbook" they can take with them to college!
Food is information. Our goal is for every athlete to take this knowledge and cultivate their lifestyle, using nutrition, in the most functional way possible.
